A prayer at work

Dear Lord,
Please get me through this work day.
I am tired.
I am uninterested in my work.
I’m grateful, yes, but I want to be done.
Thank you for providing me this opportunity,
but please help it end quickly.
Amen.

P.S. I really am thankful, but You remember “I’m dust,” right?

“As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him; for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.” (Psalm 103:13-14)
